The policies below have been established in order to maintain a positive experience for all guests of the Audubon Cottages:

Our property is fully non-smoking
Only guests of the Audubon Cottages are permitted on property
Pets are not allowed
3:00 pm check-in
12:00 pm check-out
We do not offer rollaway beds
NEW cancellation policy: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival
